While standard locks have one locking mechanism and most high-security locks have two, the MT5+ features three independent locking technologies that must all be engaged simultaneously by the key.
Layer 1: Telescopic Pins
A pin-within-a-pin system with internal and external pins that must align at two separate shear lines at once — no other manufacturer does this.
Layer 2: Top Locking Bar
Patented groove cuts on the key blade must align perfectly with the bar’s finger pins before the cylinder can turn.
Layer 3: Alpha Spring
A flexible element at the key tip engages a unique rear pin, producing a “virtual combination” that defeats 3D-printed and counterfeit keys.
The MT5+ Key
Double-sided horizontal keys work right-side up or upside down — no fumbling at the door. Duplication requires your magnetized key order card swiped through a programmed cutting machine at an authorized dealer like us: no one copies your key without your consent.
