Which video intercom systems do you install?
We are certified on DoorBird, ButterflyMX and Swiftlane, and we work with other platforms too. Which one is right depends on your building, your wiring and how your residents actually want to let people in.
Can we reuse the wiring we already have?
Often yes. Many systems have a retrofit path over existing cabling, which saves a great deal of disruption in an occupied building. We will survey before promising anything.
Can residents unlock the door from their phone?
Yes. All the platforms we install support remote unlocking, video calls to a phone, and a record of entries.
Does it work for a large multi-tenant building?
Yes. Directory management, per-unit calling and delivery access are standard on the systems we fit. We do a lot of this work for property managers across the Valley.
